The ideal candidate will have experience of starting and growing their own business or have been part of the founding team.

A jack-of-all-trades, this person will have the amazing ability to work under pressure, cover multiple positions, and support leadership to achieve the impossible.
Each mission will require a different background for the Right Hand, and this role will have the amazing opportunity to work with a great leader and also coordinate a great field of rising stars.

The Specialists are part of WE's secret sauce for delivering great results. WE invites leaders with diverse backgrounds and areas of in-depth knowledge and experience to work side-by-side with our team on every project.
If the challenge involves a lot of branding, WE can provide a specialist to collaborate intensively and support the team on-site. If the assignment requires a deep understanding of technology, WE have amazing CTO's as part of this highly skilled group of specialists.
